Being business owners we know how busy life can get and how important it is to step out of your normal life and into the tranquility that is the Italian countryside. Our property is part of a hilltop village, ideally located just 20 minutes from Perugia airport, with a population of 131. Here you can experience typical Italian village life while enjoying the stunning views from the garden onto the Umbrian mountains, reading a book or simply having a nap in the sun. If you can get yourself to go anywhere, then Assisi, Gubbio and Perugia are only a short drive away where you can experience a whole lot of history while walking along the medieval lanes.

Situated in the hilltop village of Civitella Benazzone in the stunning Umbrian countryside you'll find Casa Allegria - a tastefully restored two bedroom property with features dating back several hundred years. The thick stonewalls ensure the house is cool in summer and warm in winter.
